We needed to showcase the new website and its features in this commercial. A lot of prep work was done before moving to 3D to finalise. This involved capturing some of the website navigation with the use of screen recording software, as well as faking some of the website interactivity through clever Photoshop and editing work. The final composites were then rendered as textures for the 3D segment. Some fancy camera footwork and supporting 3D objects brought even more life to the commercial, lens flares were added afterwards by exporting the 3D camera movements and reinserting into After Effects.
